Tuesday June 6, 2017 was Deadlifting . The total WOD is listed below:
This video was my 3rd set, at 315lbs for 7 reps. I followed each set with a round of Airsquats (body-weight squats) for 25-27 reps:

This is a video of a Full Set (my 5th set), at 245lbs for 10 reps followed by 27 Air Squats:
