I had #influenza for over 1 week. Tonight was my 1st workout back and went very light but it was still a very challenging #fullbodyworkout … This video was the 2nd to last of my AMRAP.

*First time since July shoulder injury that I’m able to do more than 7 push-ups per set 👍🏼 @aikidonyc
